UltraLog Scale Dvelopment
After scale design was completed, a Delphi
program was developed to generate the scales for the two sides of
the slide rule - front and back. It was a very crude tool which
was not meant to produce a final result. The purpose was to build
a quick cardboard model using screen printouts and to try the
scale arrangement in actual calculations.
These are the screen shots
used for the model - you can print them and construct your own
slide rule.
